|Recommended: YesLove Living at The Reserve at Sandbar — I love the spacious rooms of the apartment and the layout. I like overall it is a quite community. The management staff and maintenance staff are excellent professionals. The overall appearance of the community is clean.

The manager is exceptional - very responsive to the needs of tenants and the community. The apartment is well appointed. A maintenance request is processed timely. I highly recommend this p roperty to everyone who prefers a care free lifestyle vs home ownership.
|Recommended: YesLove this Apartment — The apartments are very modern and very clean. The layout is perfect with a large and open living space and roomy bedrooms with huge walk in closets. There is also ample storage throughout the apartment. The property manager is very helpful and always gets back to you in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend the Reserve at Sandbar to anyone looking for a rental home
|Recommended: YesThe love my apartment. — The love the property and especially my apartment. Two things could be better.
1. Painting - the exposed wood on the balcony needs paint. And the paint and plaster is coming off in the corner of my guest room.
2, There isn't a lot of noise insulation. I hear my upstairs neighbors all the time. Walking around, flushing the toilet, etc.
|Recommended: YesIt is nice and seems to be pretty quiet. — We have only been here for a few days, but it seems to be nice and quiet. Can hear the neighbor above us a little bit but not to much. The apartment is quite nice.

|Recommended: YesAbsolutely LOVE it — I love the space of the apartment, the layout, the flooring. The grounds are well kept, it is a quiet community, even during tourist season. Maintenance has been outstanding, although I have rare occasions to have to use their services. Travel convenience is great, just off Coastal Highway. The ONLY drawback for me is that there is no elevator and I live on the 3rd floor. Gorgeous views, and vaulted ceilings, but its getting tougher as I get older to quickly get up and down those stairs.

She went of her way to help me become a new member of this beautiful community on my first visit. Since my family consists of two pets, I was thrilled to know the terms would accept both. This is a beautiful, quiet and well maintained establishment.

|Recommended: YesExcellent Place to Live — This is a very convenient location to all needs. Apartments are spacious. Love the 9-foot ceilings. Laundry eqipment in the apartment is great. Property manager is knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and helpful.
